Payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Check and PayPal. Rescheduling an Appointment If an appointment must be rescheduled please give at least a 24 hour notice so that I may fill the opening in my schedule. Missed and cancelled appointments If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded or reapplied. If the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, the deposit will be reapplied toward the rescheduled procedure. Design and Perfection Visits Permanent cosmetics are generally completed in at least two appointments. The first is the saturation or design visit. The second is the focus or perfection visit. As these names imply, these visits accomplish the basic design and the final touches of perfection by focusing on balance, symmetry and detail of the healed result. A procedure may require more than one or two perfection visits. There is no charge for these visits as long as they are completed within 45 days of the initial visit. Missed Focus Visit If a focus visit is missed, that visit will be forfeited and will result in a charge for additional follow up. Touch-ups Touch-ups are visits that generally occur between one and three years after the original procedure. There is a charge for these visits, however it is minimal. Maintenance Cosmetic Tattooing requires maintenance. All color fades, whether in paint, fabric, hair, furniture as well as cosmetic tattooing. How much fading occurs depends on many variables including sun (ultra-violet) exposure, chemistry, medication, and topical treatments. |
